Return, Refund & Warranty Policy


Why return?

The product you bought is under our return policy.

Return Policy implies if the product is not as described as upon the specifications as it was written on our page or found faulty or the product is not that what you ordered within 3 days of your purchase date.

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
If your item arrived in defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement.
Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
In case of a return the product, the courier charges must be paid by the customer. Otherwise, the product will not be received back.
We will ship you the new product after examining the product returned.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product will not be accepted if the product is mishandled, broken, or any physical damage by customer.
No return will be accepted upon the comment “NO LONGER NEEDED”
No Returns are accepted for Software. (Windows, Antivirus, etc.)
Follow the return policy to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your product return.

Refund Policy
The refund will be accepted if only the product is not opened or not used within 3 days of purchase date.
If the product is used and found faulty or any other reason, the product will be treated in the return policy.
The payment returns charges (Jazz Cash Charges, Easy Paisa Charges, Bank Charges, or any kind of charges) will be on the customer’s behalf.

Warranty Policy

Our all products contain Return Policy under 3 days.

All the warranty policies are liable after the passage of 3 days’ return time.

We have products under three kinds of warranties.

Channel Warranty/Brand’s Warranty

If the product has Brand’s Warranty / Channel Warranty, then it will be claimed directly by the principal (Redragon).
If there is no warranty office for the brand in the customer’s city, then the warranty will be entertained by us.

Warranty policies of the brand will be implied on that product in case of a claim.
If Redragon resists or do not accept warranty or do not claim warranty due to any of their policy violation, will not be responsible for any action of the brand.
The time of warranty claim/coverage will be accepted by customer whichever time will be given by the official warranty center. is not responsible for taking time or days by Redragon.
The customer will also have all the details of the warranty center’s contacts. So, the Customer can call or visit to ask about the warranty status by the brand himself.
If the customer is buying any product under Channel Warranty, it means the customer has accepted all the terms & conditions of warranty policy of the brand and customer is not allowed/ liable to do any legal action against
